CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF HAVING IT SHIPPED?
If you would like to place a pick up order please use code "PICKUP" at check out, Pick up orders must be placed online.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, Please be sure to read product description before purchasing as all sales are final.

WHAT TYPE OF HAIR DO YOUR SELL?
100% Virgin Brazilian Hair, Super soft to the touch and perfect for any style. With proper care and maintenance hair will last 2-3 years
Raw Vietnamese Hair, Single donor, 100% unprocessed human hair. with proper care and maintenance hair will last 3-5+ years
DO YOU OFFER WIG SERVICES?
Yes, our studio salon is located in midtown Toronto. We offer a variety of services including wig installs, sew-ins, custom made wigs, and colouring services. Please refer to the "Essence Studio" tab for more information.
WILL MY WIG COME CUSTOMIZED OR WILL I NEED A STYLIST TO INSTALL?
Our newly launched collection of luxury wigs do not come customized or styled, This is an affordable, convenient, and perfect option if you are getting your unit installed by a stylist that includes customization and styling in their service.
All our Signed By Chloé Signature Wigs come fully customized and ready to be worn out the box.
CAN YOUR UNITS BE WORN GLUELESS?
Yes, all units are 100% glueless and come with a band and comb attached inside the cap for extra security. You can also use adhesives on the lace if you choose but it is not always needed.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE (HEAD MEASURING GUIDE)
Please use the photo below as reference on how to measure your head circumference for your wig size. If you have longer (past mid-back), thicker hair or measure in between sizes, choose the next size up
HOW CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM WIG ORDER?
