Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

If you would like to place a pick up order please use code "PICKUP" at check out, Pick up orders must be placed online.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ready to ship units take 2-3 business days, Popular remakes have a turn around time of 7-14 business days, And custom units have a turn around time of 10-21 business days.

US/International orders please refer to our shipping policies

Always order early enough in advance to allow for unexpected delays. I encourage you not to book any hair appointments until the hair is physically in your hands.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final.

What type of hair do you sell?

Our Black Label extensions are 100% Virgin Hair, Super soft to the touch and perfect for any style.

 

Do you offer wig services?

Yes, all units are 100% glueless and come with a band and comb attached inside the cap for extra security. You can also use adhesives on the lace if you choose but it is not always needed.

 

How long will my hair last?

With the proper care and maintenance our virgin hair can last 2-3 years when made into a custom wig, and 1-2 years when used for sew-in installations.
