ORDER REQUIREMENTS:

Orders over $600 may be subject to verification for security purposes.
 

SAME-DAY PROCESSING:

Weekday orders placed before 3PM ET will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. 

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We offer the following shipping options

- Standard Canada Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
- Express Canada Shipping: 1-2 Business Days 

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time.

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Ready-to-Ship Collection: All Orders placed before 3PM ET are shipped the same business day, tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the order has been shipped.

Signature Wig Collection: 1-2 weeks processing time from the date of purchase. Once completed, tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the order has been shipped.

Luxury Wigs (Pre-Order): 1 week processing time from the date of purchase. Once completed, tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the order has been shipped.

Bundle Deals (Pre-Order): 1 week processing time from the date of purchase. Once completed, tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the order has been shipped.

Custom Wigs: 1-2 weeks processing time from the date of purchase. Once completed, tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the order has been shipped.

 
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY:

Once an order is sent to the mail carrier, Signed By Chloé is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods, You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or click the link Track Order

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. THIS ENSURES YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED TO YOU, AND THAT IT IS NOT LOST OR STOLEN.
 


EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds, but are happy to offer exchanges on orders within 7 days of your purchase under specific conditions.


ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE:

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received 
- Other reasons will be considered at the discretion of the business.*

 
INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:

- If the lace has been cut
- Hair has been dyed or altered in any way
- Cap has been cut or altered in any way
- Missing original packaging or box
- The hair/wig has been worn
- Tags, combs removed or alterations to the wig cap, lace or hair 

  
AUTOMATIC REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF:

- Your order is canceled by Signed By Chloé
- One or more items sold out after your order was processed
