ABOUT OUR STUDIO SALON

Our studio salon is located in midtown Toronto. We offer a variety of services including wig installs, sew-ins, custom made wigs, and colouring services. We currently operate by appointment only and we do not offer walk-ins. All hair and wig services must be booked online.

If your wig needs hairline customization or knots bleached, you are required to drop your wig off 3-5 business days before your appointment. Showing up to your appointment failing to follow these guidelines will result in a $50 last minute customization fee.

We do offer glueless units and other hair products for sale. All products listed on our website are available for local pick-up.


LOCATING OUR STUDIO

Once you have booked your appointment please be sure to check your email for your confirmation. 48-hours before your appointment your will receive a confirmation email. That email will detail additional instruction and directions on how to locate our studio.


LATE POLICY

Please be on time to your appointment. I understand things come up, Please let me know ahead of time if you can not make it or if you will be running late. There will be a 15 minute grace period for clients that are running late, After that grace period there will be a $25 late fee. After 20 minutes your deposit is forfeited and your appointment is marked as a no show.


CANCELLATION POLICY

No call/ No show to an appointment will result in 100% charge of your service cost. Your access to request and book future appointments will be denied, Please be sure to cancel/reschedule any appointments.


RESCHEDULING

We require 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Otherwise a new deposit is required. Deposit may only be transferred once. After that a new deposit is required. 


DEPOSITS

All services require a $30 deposit due when booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will automatically be deducted when booking your appointment online through our booking site. Your deposit will go towards your service appointment.


PAYMENTS

We accept Cash or E-Transfer to settle the remaining balance of your service appointment.


EXTRA GUESTS

We ask that you do not bring additional guest to your service appointment.
